End-grain cutting boards arrange the hardwood fibers vertically to create a substantial checkerboard-style working surface in three footprints and thicknesses.

The 18 × 12 board is 1.25 inches thick, the 20 × 15 board is 1.5 inches, and the 24 × 18 board is 2 inches. Product-specific groove, handle, and feet choices are available.
