Shipping policy

Refine Kitchenware products are made to order in Ohio. Most standard orders are made and ready to ship in 3–5 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and is not included in the production estimate.

Bulk orders typically require 7–14 business days. Final timing for a bulk order is confirmed when the order is placed. High-volume periods, custom work, artwork approval, or unusual material requirements may affect timing. We will communicate any material change.

Free standard shipping is included for orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Second-day air shipping is $15 per order within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. The two-business-day carrier transit begins after the order ships; production time is separate. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, email info@refinekitchenware.com as soon as possible with the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
