Refund policy

120-day satisfaction guarantee

Refine Products LLC, doing business as Refine Kitchenware, offers a 120-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on eligible products. To request a return, email info@refinekitchenware.com with your order number and wait for return instructions before shipping the item.

Eligible returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

Personalized products, custom projects, bulk orders, and sale items are final sale and are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation requests are accepted within two days of purchase. Order-change requests should be made as soon as possible. Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change after production has begun. Custom-project and bulk-order terms confirmed with the order will control if they differ from this general policy.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@refinekitchenware.com as soon as possible with the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep the product and all packaging while the claim is reviewed. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Natural differences in hardwood color and grain are expected and are not defects. Damage caused by dishwashing, soaking, excessive heat, neglect, or other improper care is not a workmanship defect.

Refunds

After a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original expedited or other non-standard shipping charges are not refundable. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
