Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Refine Kitchenware website and purchases from Refine Products LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide current, complete, and accurate information. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Orders and payment

Product availability, options, and prices may change without notice. Taxes and any non-standard shipping charges are shown or confirmed as applicable. We may correct errors and may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable materials, inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, or inability to complete the requested work. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for reviewing product choices, quantities, delivery details, personalization text, and uploaded artwork before submitting an order.

Personalization and custom work

You represent that you own or have permission to use any name, text, logo, image, or other material you submit, and that our use of it to complete your order will not violate another person's rights or applicable law. We may decline unlawful, infringing, hateful, unsafe, or technically unsuitable content. Proofs and customer approvals, when required, are part of the order process. Custom-project or bulk-order quotes may include additional terms; the approved quote controls if it conflicts with these general terms.

Products and care

Wood color, grain, and other natural characteristics vary, and product images cannot guarantee an exact match. These natural differences are not defects. Follow the care instructions provided on the site: hand wash promptly, do not soak or place the board in a dishwasher, dry it upright with airflow on both sides, and condition it periodically with food-safe board oil or wax.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier events and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, shipping charges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. Custom-project and bulk-order terms confirmed with an order may differ.

Permitted use and intellectual property

The site and its text, photographs, graphics, branding, designs, software, and other content are owned by Refine Products LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping and legitimate business inquiries. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or use the site in violation of law or another person's rights.

Third-party services

Shopify and other providers support the storefront, payments, shipping, analytics, and related services. Links or integrations may take you to third-party services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Warranty and liability limitations

Except for express commitments stated in these terms or where law requires otherwise, the site and services are provided as available without additional warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refine Products LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

General and contact

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date; changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
